The role is work from home but requires frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.

Administers and architects enterprise endpoint environments using Windows 11, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell, Entra, and AVD. Designs endpoint lifecycle, deployment, Group Policy, compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation, and zero-touch deployment solutions. Roadside Assistance Technicians and Tow Truck Drivers provide vehicle recovery services, assist with flat tires, battery jumps, and secure vehicle safety while ensuring customer communication and satisfaction.

Supports compensation program design, administration, and compliance. Conducts market analyses, job evaluations, salary surveys, FLSA and minimum wage audits, and variable compensation reviews. Advises business leaders on pay decisions, maintains compensation guidelines and HRIS data, leads merit, bonus, and common review processes, and supports acquisitions and geographic pay differentials. Uses Workday and HRIS reporting to analyze compensation data and ensure accurate payroll processing.

Process driver license and vehicle registration applications, lead and mentor title clerks, assemble and submit title paperwork, research and resolve rejected applications, upsell AAA products, handle overflow roadside calls, and support cashier/IDEMIA functions as needed.
