Sell customized personal lines and small commercial insurance programs, develop and manage a prospect pipeline, generate leads through networking and referrals, and partner with account management teams to serve new and existing clients. The role requires insurance sales experience, an active Property and Casualty license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Coaches insurance sales agents on consultative selling, standardized sales processes, bundling, cross-selling, and performance improvement. Provides structured one-on-one coaching, workshops, cohort meetings, and onboarding support. Tracks agent productivity through sales metrics and reporting, collaborates with training teams, and reinforces sales curriculum. The role requires substantial insurance sales experience, coaching or mentoring experience, an active Property and Casualty license, and Salesforce and BI tool proficiency.

Leads enterprise change initiatives from design through implementation, assessing impacts on people, processes, systems, and organizational structures. Develops stakeholder, communications, training, and readiness plans; manages resistance; supports leaders and managers; measures adoption and effectiveness; and embeds sustainable change. The role also coordinates change practitioners, partners with Learning and Development, supports change communications and training, and promotes consistent change management practices across the organization.

Provides executive leadership for enterprise data architecture, analytics infrastructure, application integration, data governance, and master data management. Leads cloud data lake and warehouse strategies, customer data platform implementation, event-driven integrations, API standards, data quality, privacy, and security. Establishes delivery operating models, manages roadmaps and budgets, oversees vendors, and develops multidisciplinary teams of data engineers, architects, and governance specialists while aligning enterprise data strategy with business objectives.

Administers and architects enterprise endpoint environments using Windows 11, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell, Entra, and AVD. Designs endpoint lifecycle, deployment, Group Policy, compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation, and zero-touch deployment solutions. Provides Tier 3 escalation support, develops application packages and automation scripts, evaluates technologies, partners with infrastructure architects, monitors compliance metrics, and maintains documentation and knowledge bases.

Manage personal lines insurance accounts by coordinating renewals, gathering new business information, providing client service, supporting marketing efforts, reviewing policy accuracy, and completing management projects. The role requires at least two years of personal lines insurance service experience, an active Property and Casualty license, strong communication and time management skills, and proximity to the Lexington, Kentucky office for a hybrid schedule.

Supports compensation program design, administration, and compliance. Conducts market analyses, job evaluations, salary surveys, FLSA and minimum wage audits, and variable compensation reviews. Advises business leaders on pay decisions, maintains compensation guidelines and HRIS data, leads merit, bonus, and common review processes, and supports acquisitions and geographic pay differentials. Uses Workday and HRIS reporting to analyze compensation data and ensure accurate payroll processing.
