AAA is seeking dependable Roadside Assistance Drivers to provide vehicle services like changing tires and jump-starting batteries while ensuring member safety and satisfaction. Customers can expect quality service under various weather conditions, with paid training and opportunities for bonuses.

Process driver license and vehicle registration applications, lead and mentor title clerks, assemble and submit title paperwork, research and resolve rejected applications, upsell AAA products, handle overflow roadside calls, and support cashier/IDEMIA functions as needed.

Provide roadside assistance and tow/recovery services (lock-outs, fuel delivery, battery services, tire changes), operate and inspect fleet vehicles and equipment, communicate with members, process payments and reports, and participate in training and promotional events.

Provide roadside services (lock-outs, fuel delivery, jumpstarts, battery installation/removal, tire changes) and tow/recovery. Communicate with members, enter call data into in-truck technology, process payments, inspect and maintain vehicle/equipment safety, sell and warranty batteries (Mobile Battery Technician), and support special events. Complete required training and follow safety and quality procedures.

Manage personal lines insurance accounts: coordinate expirations and renewals, provide client service, assist marketing for new/renewal business, verify policy accuracy, and complete special projects.

Serve as primary Salesforce administrator: manage users, permissions, configuration, automation, data integrity, integrations, reporting, releases, and user adoption while partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and documentation.

Sell customized commercial insurance programs, develop and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects, partner with account management to service clients, generate leads via networking and cold calling, and focus on meeting sales targets with support staff and some provided leads.

Manage claims process for agency clients, report claims to carriers, monitor claims, and prepare reports as requested by management.

The Personal Lines Account Manager coordinates policy expirations, provides customer service, checks policies for accuracy, and assists with marketing. Requires 2+ years in Personal Lines Insurance and a Property and Casualty license.

Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions and integrations. Build and update Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura components; design APIs and multi-system architectures; drive DevSecOps and CI/CD; mentor junior developers; collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Sell and process new AAA memberships in-store, upsell upgrades and add-ons, handle membership inquiries and outbound calls, document leads, and support cashiering, title/tag, and IDEMIA services as needed. Provide expert member guidance and maintain accurate records.

Provide mobile battery services including diagnostics, sales, and installation; perform roadside assistance (jump starts, lock-out, fuel delivery, tire changes); communicate with members, complete in-truck reporting and payments, inspect and maintain service vehicle and equipment, and follow safety and quality procedures.

Develop, maintain, and optimize automated scripts and workflows in Sabre GDS to streamline corporate travel bookings. Analyze workflows, troubleshoot reservations/ticketing, implement process improvements, collaborate with IT/agents/suppliers, and ensure quality and policy compliance.

Manage and support mobile technology assets for roadside operations: maintain inventory and documentation; configure and deploy devices via MDM; troubleshoot hardware/software; respond to ServiceNow tickets; provide onsite and remote support; collaborate with IT and business leaders; participate in on-call rotation; contribute to system improvements and user training.

Sell customized personal lines and small commercial insurance; build and manage a pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals; present solutions, close new business, and service renewals in partnership with account management; pursue uncapped commissions on top of a $50k–$80k base.

Manage commercial insurance client accounts: coordinate expirations and renewals, maintain expiration control log, provide client service, assist in marketing new and renewal business, verify policy accuracy, and complete special projects as requested.

Process and manage accounts payable functions: invoice and expense processing, vendor record maintenance (including W-9s), reconciliations, discrepancy resolution with internal teams and vendors, check post-processing, and support financial reporting and special projects while ensuring policy compliance.
