Responsibilities include infrastructure provisioning, deployment automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, compliance, incident management, on-call support, load testing, and platform enablement. The role partners with engineering squads to improve reliability, performance, developer experience, and DevOps practices through tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Datadog.
