Owns the functional and technical scope of a product squad, identifying problems, defining solutions, managing the roadmap and backlog, and delivering new features. Responsibilities include writing specifications and user stories, conducting customer discovery, prioritizing requirements, coordinating with engineering and design, resolving stakeholder conflicts, and measuring performance against KPIs and OKRs.
