Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for technical, G&A, and sales roles across the US and Canada. Configure infrastructure as code, networking, identity federation, IAM, secure data sharing, and production services. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, build reference architectures, and communicate with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders. The role requires strong DevOps and Kubernetes expertise, automation skills, customer-facing consulting experience, and familiarity with regulated environments.

Develops Python automation, migration tooling, API integrations, database operations, identity configurations, and backend services for customer environments. Deploys and troubleshoots services across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, GovCloud, on-premises, and air-gapped networks. Supports customer-facing platform deployments, database performance, authentication, service integrations, documentation, and validation in regulated and security-sensitive environments.

Own and execute the sales plan for Components & Accessories (MRO, LRU & Accessories). Develop territory strategy, manage customer relationships, resolve accounts receivable and customer issues, coordinate with program management and sector teams, generate proposals and forecasts, attend industry events, and maintain CRM and reporting to achieve revenue and profit targets.

Manage the performance management system, support managers with individual development plans, track and evaluate development activities, support succession planning, design and run engagement surveys and programs, assess training needs, coordinate training, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Lead research and listening for a specific audience: design and run primary research, integrate listening signals, synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights, and deliver timely, decision-oriented recommendations while coaching analysts and partnering with enterprise stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of strategic B2B SaaS accounts to drive retention and expansion. Build account strategies, lead executive conversations, connect product usage to business outcomes, use AI signals to prioritize work, and travel for customer meetings and company events.

Owns the Oracle EPM platform and enterprise planning processes, including forecasting models, planning calendars, metadata, business rules, chart of accounts, master data, security, and access administration. Leads UAT, enhancements, integrations, release management, automation, and Finance-facing support while partnering with IT and cross-functional teams. Manages a small team and ensures scalable forecasting, accurate reporting, strong controls, and effective system governance.

Provide administrative and operational support including Zoom meeting management, calendar and email handling, Google Sheets work, live Zoom session tech support, research, note collation, and project organization. Act as a proactive gatekeeper and collaborator to protect the employer's time and keep workflows running smoothly.

Organize and curate large volumes of raw information: extract key points from transcripts, maintain clean spreadsheets, curate links/resources, tag and categorize content, and follow or propose systems for information structure. Part-time remote role with initial 10 hours/week and potential to grow.

Manage Collective's organic social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X while developing bold content strategy, building community, and running an influencer program (sourcing, onboarding, negotiating, and managing up to 30 creators). Collaborate on content creation, provide creative direction, report on KPIs, and optimize performance through data-driven testing.
