Part-time accountant responsible for QuickBooks management, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, cash management, expense and payroll support, financial reporting, budgeting support, and operational administrative tasks to improve financial visibility and processes.

Serve as the primary technical analyst for institutional research and reporting: produce and validate recurring and ad-hoc reports, develop dashboards and data packets, support external compliance submissions (IPEDS, CDS, state/accreditation), maintain documentation/data dictionaries, conduct data validation and QA, translate findings for non-technical stakeholders, and responsibly use AI-assisted tools to improve workflows while ensuring FERPA and data privacy compliance.

Manage creation, assignment, and completion of inventory journals and counts in D365; digitally verify daily LPIS work; identify and escalate discrepancies; maintain inventory data integrity and reporting; coordinate count schedules and support LPIS teams across multiple locations.

Develop, optimize, and deploy production-grade computer vision models (depth, segmentation, tracking) for an autonomous mower. Own model lifecycle from data collection and synthetic-data strategies through training, edge optimization (quantization, mixed precision), and embedded NVIDIA GPU deployment. Integrate perception with robotics stack, analyze field failure cases, and continuously improve robustness for challenging outdoor conditions.

Lead product vision and roadmap for billing and payments systems (invoicing, subscriptions, taxes, pricing, gateways, reconciliation). Manage and grow Technical PMs and RTEs, drive payment gateway expansion, ensure PCI-DSS and SOX compliance, define architecture with IT and Finance, apply SAFe/Agile practices, establish KPIs and monitoring, and modernize technology (microservices, cloud-native, API-first, Mulesoft).

Build and own a centralized execution engine that routes generative tools and model APIs, reduces latency via caching and in-memory stores, implements retries/circuit breakers/fallbacks, and scales a multi-modal pipeline handling text, images, and video while collaborating with product and applied AI teams.

Manual Software Tester responsible for writing and executing test plans and cases for Windows, web and mobile applications; reproducing and documenting bugs; maintaining testing processes and standards; drafting user guides; collaborating with business analysts and managers to prioritize testing and estimate efforts.

Provide compliance services including legal/regulatory research, risk identification, monitoring, policy and procedure reviews, and training. Advise business partners on distribution, annuities suitability, sales practices, and regulatory filings. Conduct transaction and complaint monitoring, investigations, pre-issue suitability reviews, data-driven monitoring, and coordinate cross-functional governance to ensure products and processes meet regulatory requirements.

Provide administration and end-user support for SharePoint, Power Automate, and ERP systems (Oracle EBS). Manage accounts, separation-of-duties, purchasing hierarchies, troubleshoot issues, run SQL queries, document requirements and metrics, participate in projects, and provide training and occasional off-hours support.

Coordinate fund accounting and maintain GAAP-compliant records across funds. Prepare monthly/quarterly/year-end reports, grant billings, journal entries, reconciliations, and audits. Support Senior Accountant/CFO, process AP/AR, purchase orders, cost allocations, and maintain fiscal records and controls.
