Provide compliance services including legal/regulatory research, risk identification, monitoring, policy and procedure reviews, and training. Advise business partners on distribution, annuities suitability, sales practices, and regulatory filings. Lead new-business strategy and full sales cycle across healthcare channels. Sell subscription services and specialized products to executive stakeholders, deliver executive demos, build executive relationships, forecast and exceed revenue targets, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain CRM, and track cold-chain logistics trends.

Own Peregrine’s end-to-end procurement function: source vendors, negotiate contracts, manage renewals, track spend, coordinate security/privacy reviews, build intake/PO workflows, and partner cross-functionally to drive savings and process.

Supervise SDVLP's Microbusiness and Nonprofit Support Program, overseeing staff attorney and pro bono volunteers, ensuring high-quality legal services, developing program policies and outreach, supporting grant reporting and program evaluation, and tracking outcomes. Minimal direct client representation; focus on program leadership, training, and strategic growth.

Manage donor database operations, gift/pledge processing, and reconciliation; administer online giving and third-party portals; perform prospect research and wealth screening; build dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor fundraising performance; liaise with Finance and support Advancement team operations and stewardship.
