The Role
Provide administration and end-user support for SharePoint, Power Automate, and ERP systems (Oracle EBS). Manage accounts, separation-of-duties, purchasing hierarchies, troubleshoot issues, run SQL queries, document requirements and metrics, participate in projects, and provide training and occasional off-hours support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain internal SharePoint sites and Power Automate flows, along with related security.
  2. Create and maintain accounts and manage Separation of Duties requirements in Oracle EBS and other systems.
  3. Maintain the purchasing hierarchy and workflow for Oracle Purchasing.
  4. Assist in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in Oracle EBS and other systems.
  5. Provide end-user support and training in Oracle as needed.
  6. Support implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications, including occasional off-hours project work.
  7. Participate in project management activities, including planning, coordination, and tracking deliverables to ensure successful completion of IT projects.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes.
  9. Prepare reports and maintain documentation for key metrics, system configurations, and workflows.
  10. Manage support mailboxes used for business processes and audit records.

Educational and Other Skill Requirements

Educational and Other Skills Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable technology degree.
  • 2 years post graduate experience working in the IT profession.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
  • Strong user and administration level skills in the Microsoft Office environment, with emphasis on:
    • SharePoint (configuration, permissions, administration)
    • Excel
    • Word
    • PowerPoint
    • Outlook
    • Edge
  • Proficiency working with complex data structures and relational databases.
  • Proficiency using SQL to write and execute queries.
  • Experience writing and maintaining software programs.
  • Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with application-level security and user provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Experience supporting business functions and application users such as Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, etc.
  • Experience supporting portions of an ERP, preferably Oracle EBS.
  • Understanding of Segregation of Duties and compensating controls.
  • Experience leading small to medium projects.
  • Experience working with users to define and document business requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, remotely and in-person.

Skills Required
