Provide front-desk and administrative support across departments: greet customers, route calls, process payments and invoicing, maintain inventory and parts records, reconcile vendor and freight discrepancies, liaise between parts and accounting, type correspondence and reports, assist service customers during rush periods, and perform other clerical duties as needed.

Manage growth and retention of treasury management and commercial deposit relationships, promote products, provide training, and ensure compliance within customer interactions.

Build and maintain dbt models and Snowflake schemas to produce analytics-ready datasets. Develop semantic models, reports, and dashboards in BI tools. Troubleshoot data quality and optimize pipelines, improve documentation and maintainability, and collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready analytics solutions.

Manage end-to-end transcription projects: receive and assess audio, assign and track transcribers, communicate with clients and reporters, monitor deadlines and inbox, enter job notes, perform transcription as needed, and improve workflows.

Manage design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure; oversee helpdesk; coordinate installations, upgrades, licensing and inventory; ensure projects meet specs, schedule, budget; maintain security and keep leadership informed on technology trends.

Support new business intake and conflicts resolution: perform conflict searches, process client and matter intake, maintain conflicts database and records, support lateral hiring due diligence, communicate with attorneys/staff, escalate issues, and assist with compliance, reporting, and process improvements.
