Requirements

Position Overview:


As our Commercial Services Advisor, you'll be responsible for developing new business relationships, conducting facility walkthroughs, identifying customer needs, preparing proposals, and working closely with our operations team to ensure successful contract transitions.

You'll spend your time networking, meeting with business owners, property managers, contractors, municipalities, and government agencies to build long-term partnerships and grow our commercial services division.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in outside sales, business development, account management, or relationship management
  • Knowledge of commercial janitorial, facility services, floor care, contractor experience, or a related industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
  • Experience using Microsoft Office; CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) is a plus
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Skills Required

  • Two years of experience in business development, sales, account management, project management, customer service, or relationship management
  • Experience conducting customer walkthroughs, inspections, site assessments, or evaluating service requirements
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience selling commercial janitorial, floor care, construction cleanup, or facility services
  • Experience working with government, municipal, commercial, or industrial customers
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM systems
  • Experience responding to RFPs or supporting proposal development
  • Experience collaborating with operations or field service teams
