Provide administrative and operational support for marketing programs: maintain marketing support system data and access, process leads and tour concerns, manage premium (gift) ordering and reconciliation, generate regular reports, handle vendor invoices, and support sites with troubleshooting and ad-hoc data requests.

Conduct in-person sales presentations at resort sales centers, build rapport with prospective/current owners, communicate travel benefits, close sales from prequalified leads, meet production standards, attend training and meetings.

Support sales operations under a licensed broker by handling administrative and transactional tasks: timekeeping, scheduling, meeting logistics, document preparation and delivery, trust fund processing, recordkeeping, compliance support, training logistics coordination, and goal-tracking—while avoiding any activities that require a real estate license.

Provide front-desk and clerical support for Head Start/Early Head Start/State Preschool programs, including data entry, eligibility intake, reporting (ChildPlus, PIR), family communication, recruitment event support, and administrative assistance across program service areas.

Lead federal capture and acquisition strategy for DoD pursuits: shape requirements and win themes, build teaming strategies, run capture operations, establish an AI-enabled capture intelligence capability, direct capture resources, and develop capture talent across the company.
