Lead and manage Sales, Marketing, Catering and Conference Services to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals. Lead migration of complex Oracle PL/SQL stored-procedure business logic into modular .NET 8 microservices. Architect cloud deployment on AWS EKS/service mesh, define microservice patterns, database strategies, validation and performance guidelines, mentor a team of ~5 backend engineers, and serve as primary technical liaison during the migration.

Provide campus-wide support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of classroom, lab, and A/V technologies. Design and implement instructional technology solutions, train faculty/staff/students, document systems, assist with deployments and lifecycle management, and provide after-hours support for events.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance department, including calendar and meeting coordination, document management, travel and mail logistics, minute-taking, Chart of Accounts maintenance, payroll and accounts payable support, donor and revenue operations assistance, and upkeep of Finance resources on StrengthNet, Google Drive, and OneDrive.

Support accounting department with data entry, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, audit preparation, budgeting, financial analysis, and maintaining accounting records and systems under supervision.
