Owns a focused portfolio of 3–5 high-ARR, multi-product, multi-region enterprise accounts; leads executive relationships, escalation resolution, renewal and expansion strategy, creates playbooks and standards, mentors account managers, and represents Behavox externally.

Design and drive the core product experience for sports fans across web and mobile: create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs; lead research and design projects; collaborate with PMs, engineers, editors, and analysts; contribute to the design system and help define product strategy.

Build integrated channel programs (email, paid, SEO/SEM, webinars), partner with sales and product teams, manage campaign operations and budgets, and track KPIs like MQLs, SALs, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution to drive net-new customer acquisition and ARR growth.

Provide first-line IT support by documenting and resolving ITSM tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software/peripherals, performing system administration (email, OS), onboarding users, using help desk and knowledge-base tools, communicating status to users and management, escalating to higher-level support, and completing special projects.

Provide general office administration including invoice processing, PO creation and matching, expense report reconciliation, scheduling, records management, inventory/asset tracking, and vendor/client communication. Support reporting, meetings, and other administrative positions as needed while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

Set up and maintain foundational 3D scene data for VFX shots: camera and object tracking, ingest LIDAR/photogrammetry, integrate vendor assets, ensure scale/continuity, troubleshoot and refine tracks, and collaborate with supervisors to prepare shots for animation, lighting, and FX.

Provide technical and order support to manufacturer's representatives across the U.S. and Canada: product selection, equipment sizing, load calculations, process orders, coordinate with Supply Chain, nurture leads, track metrics, support continuous improvement and safety initiatives to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Lead plant environmental compliance and sustainability while supporting safe, reliable manufacturing operations. Provide engineering support for equipment, utilities, facilities, and safety; manage capital projects, maintenance programs, contractor work, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement. Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for critical issues and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
