We're looking for a customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our growing team and provide exceptional support to our manufacturer's representative network throughout the United States and Canada.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Support Representative, you'll play an essential role in supporting our sales representatives by providing technical product support, processing orders, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support manufacturer's representatives across the U.S. and Canada with:
    • Product selection
    • Equipment sizing
    • Heating and cooling load calculations
    • Technical product questions 
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer and representative inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Coordinate incoming equipment orders with Supply Chain to support on-time delivery.
  • Assist Sales Development with nurturing incoming leads and maintaining accurate data across internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales support processes and create value-added programs.
  • Help develop and monitor metrics that measure the health and effectiveness of the Sales Support team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high quality standards and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, representatives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and company goals.
  • Support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives through participation in 2-Second Lean, 5S, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and other improvement activities.
  • Demonstrate a safety-first mindset and actively participate in workplace safety initiatives.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a technical field (HVAC preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience selling HVAC or industrial equipment.
  • Working knowledge of heating and cooling systems.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Salesforce
  • Epicor ERP
  • SMART
  • CRM and ERP systems
  • Project management software

Compensation  for this position includes a competitive base salary and annual  uncapped bonus incentive tied to company goals and profitability. CAS  offers competitive medical, dental, vision insurance; paid time off;  paid holidays; and a 401k plan.
