Provides senior strategic and economic counsel to the Chief Economist and OERA leadership on regulatory, audit, public policy, risk, and organizational priorities. Develops budgets, cost projections, and financial reports; analyzes trends; ensures compliance with federal regulations and contract requirements; supports audits; and provides budget guidance to program leaders, finance teams, and client stakeholders.
