Support day-to-day accounting for multi-site pharmacy and clinic operations: bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end close, location-level financial reporting, cash tracking, and process improvements. Work with finance team on acquisitions, new site launches, and improving controls and close timelines.

Lead reliability for fielded and in-production RF electronic warfare systems: perform MTBF/MTTF predictions, FMEA/FMECA, environmental and accelerated testing, root-cause/failure analysis, FRACAS-driven corrective actions, derating and sustainment planning, reliability growth modeling, and mentor junior engineers to improve production and field reliability per military standards.

Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, tax planning, and financial reporting. Analyze financial data, monitor company financial health, recommend investments, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic guidance to senior management to support long-term financial goals.

Lead individual giving, alumni engagement, and event-based fundraising. Cultivate, solicit, steward, and close gifts; manage campaigns, proposals, donor communications, and recognition; engage volunteers and board members; analyze donor data to improve fundraising and support Foundation programs and events.
