Manage full lifecycle of proposals and marketing materials for RFQs/RFPs/ITBs: lead proposal development, write and edit content, ensure compliance/brand consistency, maintain marketing assets, execute campaigns, manage CRM/opportunity tracking, and produce reports and capture support to drive business growth.

Provide general clerical and administrative support for a car dealership: answer phones, schedule appointments, manage mail, maintain records and databases, draft memos and billing, perform basic bookkeeping, process payments, arrange meetings, and handle confidential tasks for the Dealer.

Manage the company's import compliance program, ensuring adherence to U.S. import regulations and ITAR/EAR where applicable. Oversee HTS classification, customs valuation, country-of-origin, customs broker relationships, audits, recordkeeping, duty-savings strategies, and cross-functional coordination to prevent delivery delays and support government audits.

Manage plant-level manufacturing cost accounting, maintain standard costs, analyze variances, reconcile inventory and general ledger, lead month/year-end closes, support audits, and partner with EHS on environmental reporting and sustainability initiatives while mentoring junior staff and driving process improvements.

Serve as primary customer contact to drive onboarding, retention, renewals, and expansion. Manage CRM, analyze customer data to reduce churn, coordinate field deployments, collaborate with sales and operations, and build customer engagement playbooks and automation to improve experience and operational efficiency.

Manage electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout: bid takeoffs and estimating, budgeting and financial reporting, subcontractor coordination, schedule and quality oversight, scope control and change orders, stakeholder communication, team leadership, and business development to ensure profitable project delivery.

Support operations and production by improving manufacturing workflows, performing DFM reviews, developing processes, troubleshooting bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions, validating CNC programming/tooling, designing jigs/fixtures, supporting new product launches, and maintaining manufacturing documentation and BOMs.
