Provide phone and web-based technical support for Omnicell products, diagnosing and resolving hardware, mechanical, pneumatic, software, networking, and interoperability issues. Own cases end-to-end, collaborate with field and cross-functional teams, create self-help tools, communicate trends to leadership, and maintain customer relationships while supporting a 24/7 team.

Manage and maintain school data infrastructure, systems, software, and hardware. Advise on technical design, evaluate and implement solutions, perform account provisioning and security compliance, troubleshoot complex issues, and work with Help Desk to support faculty and staff.

Maintain and optimize on-prem and cloud systems; administer SaaS and identity (Okta SSO/MFA); provide user support; enforce security and compliance; manage cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and endpoint tooling; automate tasks via scripting and management platforms.

Provide production support: monitor production systems, handle production incidents, write Unix shell scripts, and develop/maintain database code in Oracle and Sybase (SQL/PL‑SQL). Work requires knowledge of BRIO/Hyperion BI tools.

Design, implement and support enterprise monitoring suites and event management processes. Provide scalable monitoring architectures across infrastructure, applications, databases and middleware. Develop automation/scripts, coordinate projects, and apply monitoring best practices and APM tools to ensure high availability and performance.
