The VP of Agency Operations is responsible for driving multi-year strategies, guiding complex transitions, and ensuring performance and compliance across operations in insurance. This role involves fostering innovation, managing stakeholder expectations, and enhancing the customer experience, while leading and developing high-performing teams.

Evident is hiring an Account Executive to manage the full sales lifecycle, engage mid-market and enterprise clients, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals. Key responsibilities include outbound prospecting, relationship building, and meeting sales quotas.

Manage enterprise shipment scheduling, build loads, coordinate pickups/deliveries, communicate updates to carriers and customers, support billing and documentation, handle email/phone correspondence, and assist account management to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

Provide legal counsel on federal government accounting and pricing compliance (CAS, FAR/DFARS, TINA), lead audits and responses, develop policies and controls, partner with Finance/Contracts, draft/negotiates pricing-related agreements, and train cross-functional teams on cost/pricing requirements.

Lead and maintain the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform: design/configure objects, automation, security, integrations, and releases. Translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage vendors, own troubleshooting and data integrity, and support testing, change management, and regulatory compliance within the financial institution.

Lead the Infrastructure Operations team to ensure stability and resiliency of on‑prem infrastructure. Own data‑center consolidation and exit programs, EOSL/risk management, DR testing, vulnerability/patch management, monitoring/observability and SRE practices, governance and documentation standards, and vendor/stakeholder coordination while running agile delivery cadences.

Support DAWA activities for VA EHRM: schedule and coordinate data collection sessions, manage user access and rosters, maintain documentation, track action items and issues, provide meeting coordination and operational support across distributed teams to enable site transitions and cutovers.

Manage front-office operations including training, payroll and HR administration, AP/AR and cash handling, ensure SOP compliance, and deliver excellent customer service at a service center.

Provide HR Business Partner support for Mobile Technicians West Region, advising managers on HR policies, employee relations, talent and workforce initiatives, and HR program implementation. Deliver data-driven insights, build reports, conduct exit interviews, coordinate People Solutions programs, and support process improvements while collaborating with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence. Up to 25% travel required.

Perform post-closing review and follow-up for commercial loan documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance; collaborate with internal teams, respond to stakeholders, support audits, and maintain loan servicing logs.
