Provide high-level administrative support to two senior executives: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle executive communications, prepare correspondence/presentations/reports, process expense reports and assist budget tracking, organize meetings and capture minutes, follow up on action items, and support special projects and team events while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Lead payroll tax activities including managing tax notices and audits, maintaining compliance across federal/state/local jurisdictions, reconciling reports with ADP, preparing tax returns, documenting reconciliations, training staff, and responding to internal and external stakeholders and SOX audit requests.

Lead business development and relationship management for equipment finance clients. Structure and negotiate high-value deals, secure credit approvals, manage portfolios, drive cross-selling and profitability, advise on loan products and risk, and represent the bank in market forums while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Provide Tier II system administration and engineering for enterprise infrastructure: install, tune, and maintain Linux and Microsoft servers, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware virtualization and VDI, SCCM, SAN/NAS, backups/DR, patching, troubleshooting, and documentation. Conduct vulnerability/risk analyses, support RMF/ATO processes, update POA&Ms, and provide escalated technical support for the Joint Network Operations Center.

Represent employees in employment discrimination, FMLA/medical leave, wage-and-hour, harassment, and executive compensation matters. Manage cases from intake through trial, including legal research, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court or administrative hearings.

Provide strategic legal advice and lead legal and compliance for healthcare data and technology initiatives. Manage contracting, licensing, privacy and interoperability matters (HIPAA, TEFCA, data licensing), advise on AI and emerging technology governance, collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel, and set legal/compliance objectives and KPIs. Individual contributor with potential future supervision of 1-3 junior staff.

Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL processes. Integrate business systems into a data warehouse, develop database objects and Informatica mappings, support metadata and data governance, produce data models and visualizations, and provide database administration and user support for BI initiatives.

Sell new and used RVs using a consultative, no-pressure approach. Maintain product knowledge, perform demonstrations, collaborate with F&I, attend events, meet sales goals, and assist customers throughout the purchase process.

Support interior architecture and base-building projects from programming through construction. Produce 2D/3D models, renderings, drawings, specifications, and material selections. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, vendors, and clients, manage documentation and schedules, and contribute to sustainable design and client relationships.
