The US Business Development Manager will execute the business development strategy, identify new opportunities, build relationships, and support strategic initiatives to enhance market presence in the US for Mars Veterinary Health.

Manage and coach a local Workplace Solutions sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets. Oversee sales processes, pipeline forecasting, CRM compliance, recruiting/onboarding, and cross-functional coordination to deliver solutions and maintain customer relationships within the assigned market.

Manage and support client IT infrastructure in an MSP environment: install/configure servers, networks, virtualization, and cloud services; monitor performance; implement security and backup solutions; troubleshoot incidents; assist in disaster recovery and migrations; document systems; and collaborate with teams and clients on projects and improvements.
