Support the PEO sales team in generating leads, managing pipeline, and educating prospects about PEO services, while collaborating across functions.

Lead CIS market growth strategy and annual planning. Drive KPIs (registrations, FTT, MAU, trading activity, revenue), manage budget allocation, prioritize high-impact opportunities, lead cross-functional GTM efforts, mentor local marketing, and represent the market in regional planning.

Serve as primary enterprise client partner across the customer lifecycle: manage program plans, risks, renewals and expansion; drive adoption and retention; deliver trainings and presentations; present data-driven insights to executives; collaborate on playbooks and best practices.

Develop and maintain project plans, coordinate support and compliance, lead customer communications and briefings, mentor subordinate leaders, manage distributed teams, and travel frequently to training and operational sites. Participate in K9 cargo screening training and perform physical tasks as required.

Lead electrical design for municipal facilities and infrastructure, producing calculations, construction drawings, estimates and bill of materials. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure code compliance, mentor junior engineers, support client meetings, and help maintain project scope, schedule, and budget from concept through construction.

Set vision and multi-year roadmap for Foundation and Network operational processes. Design, integrate, and continuously improve cross-functional processes and enabling systems; partner with senior leaders and IT to ensure alignment and adoption; lead change management, training, and governance; monitor process performance and drive data-informed improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.

Manage a portfolio of public-sector customers as their strategic partner to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes. Lead business reviews, build executive and HR relationships, identify risks and expansion opportunities, advocate cross-functionally, and share customer feedback to improve products and experience. Navigate public-sector procurement and budget cycles.

Investigate, analyze, negotiate, resolve, document and report consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints. Present resolution options, authorize settlements within limits, and adjust customer accounts.
