POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for managing the work scope, budget, schedule and quality assurance of assigned projects throughout the United States. The PM prepares and manages assigned projects in accordance with the contract Statement of Work (SOW) and the CCSP-3PK9 program. The PM will also ensure company directives, policies and procedures are followed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop, coordinate, and execute plans for all CCSP-3PK9 programs and other assigned programs
· Be instrumental in the development of project scope, cost and schedule requirements; meet all project reporting and delivery milestones and immediately communicate issues with stakeholders
· Ensure programs are run within specification, measured against cost, schedule, and performance
· Lead the organization in the development of cost-effective and innovative customer solutions
· Maintain positive communications with customers and develop customer relations strategies
· Manage business activities in accordance with an approved project plan and frequently update the plan to reflect current operations
· Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures on all assigned projects
· Be responsible for coordinating support requirements with Company functional staffs
· Prepare, document, and conduct scheduled program/project status briefings on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to both Constellis and government client(s)
· Develop organizational depth through subordinate leader mentoring, performance management, professional development, and succession planning
· Manage a diverse team of employees, in various locations throughout the United States
· Frequently travel throughout the United States (to over 16 locations)
· Participate in CCSP related training to search cargo and identify explosive threats, as needed
·Work is typically based in a busy office/training environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Travel throughout the United States will also be required. When assisting with CCSP related training, frequent work outside and in inclement weather conditions is required, including heat, cold and humidity. May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in related field of work preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and training
· Five (5) years of directly related experience managing programs of similar scale and complexity
· Five (5) years of experience in Training and/or Instructing canines and canine classes
· Recent operational experience in 3PK9 cargo screening preferred
· Must be able to obtain a Known Traveler Number (KTN) and other applicable badges
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
· Capable of developing, implementing, and maintaining a detailed project plan to ensure near real time visibility of all major tasks and subtasks
· Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
· Must be able to lift, lower, carry, push or move objects up to 25 lbs.; when assisting with CCSP related training, must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 90 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday; standing for long periods of time in all weather conditions; and constant use of hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
