Administers U.S. benefits and leave programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FMLA, STD, and LTD. Ensures regulatory compliance, manages audits and reporting, analyzes self-insured medical costs, advises employees and leaders, develops communications, supports HR processes, and recommends program improvements focused on engagement, retention, risk, and cost control.

Provides technical leadership for enterprise Identity and Access Management architecture, engineering, governance, and strategy across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments. Designs workforce, customer, product, privileged, application, cloud, and non-human identity solutions; advances Zero Trust and least privilege; improves lifecycle automation, access governance, monitoring, and policy-as-code. Leads identity-related incident response, communicates security risks, develops enterprise standards, and mentors technical teams.

Support event delivery including setup and teardown, venue and equipment operations, volunteer and officials coordination, transportation logistics, vendor and hospitality management, awards operations, and assisting ancillary event planning. Frequent onsite work, evening and weekend shifts, and physical tasks are required.

Manage engineering projects from RFQ through prototype, overseeing cost, quality, schedule, risk, and safety. Prepare bids, contracts, change orders, and documentation. Develop detailed project plans per ISO9001:2015, coordinate stakeholders, support procurement and production, and deliver regular status updates across multiple concurrent projects.

Lead sustainability strategy and programs for electronic materials manufacturing sites.
