Manage and produce print and digital design for WVU Foundation, including web and email templates, donor-facing campaigns, branding oversight, asset management, vendor print coordination, and multimedia support.

Design and develop engaging eLearning courses and video content using Articulate 360 and Adobe tools. Build assessments, maintain LMS content (ECUniversity), support enterprise digital learning and compliance programs, provide trainer/manager support, produce and edit training videos, and maintain instructional design best practices while supporting remote training initiatives.

Provide front-office administrative support to keep the school running: manage reception, attendance, student records, family communication, procurement, inventory, facilities and vendor coordination, student recruitment events, and support school systems (SIS and communication platforms). Serve as a calm, organized frontline operations resource for staff, families, and external partners.

Provide front-desk and clerical support for a team: greet visitors, handle phones, prepare and process billing and service documentation, maintain mail/supplies, schedule rooms, take meeting minutes, generate standard reports, assist with enrollment and recordkeeping, audit money logs, and perform other administrative duties including occasional driving and Rep-Payee tasks as assigned.

Manage operational planning and execution of Jewish Life programs and projects, coordinating across departments and community partners. Lead event logistics, project plans, communications, financial administration, and executive support for the CJEO. Build and improve systems, templates, and technology-driven workflows to strengthen participant experience. Occasional evenings and weekends required.

Lead restricted donation tracking and reporting, design and maintain a global internal controls framework, oversee financial compliance and tax filings (Brazil and U.S.), partner with Fundraising and regional teams to embed controls, support investment strategy, perform financial analyses, and communicate financial information across functions and geographies.

Lead Tides' nonprofit legal compliance program, overseeing 501(c)(3) regulatory compliance, internal audits, corporate registration and reporting, OFAC/anti-corruption and payment/KYC processes, training, policy development, technology adoption, and advising senior leadership on complex advocacy, lobbying, and campaign finance matters while managing a compliance team.
