Troubleshoot routine and non-routine hardware and software issues, guide installations and maintenance, answer warranty and contract questions, initiate RMAs, schedule service calls, and identify upsell opportunities. Document ticket trends, recommend process improvements, support partners, and communicate customer feedback to engineering and internal teams.

Supports daily digital banking operations, including account opening, onboarding, funding, customer due diligence, risk reviews, payments, card servicing, disputes, deposit maintenance, and client support.
