Provide internal IT support and endpoint management for a fully remote workforce: provision and maintain macOS/Windows devices, enforce endpoint security, manage MDM/UEM and SaaS provisioning (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian), triage help desk tickets, maintain IT documentation, oversee vendor/licensing relationships, and partner on internal infrastructure and policy initiatives including AI tool governance.

Own and automate IT workflows and SaaS integrations (identity, collaboration, core business apps). Configure SSO and identity protocols, maintain DNS and email security, troubleshoot endpoints and apps, support SOC 2/SOX compliance, document standards, and partner cross-functionally to scale reliable, secure IT systems.

Support Strategic Accounts by developing and maintaining Health System/IDN/GPO bids, renewals, and proposals. Serve as liaison to customers, assist with contract administration, compliance, pricing analysis, financial impact reports, query/report development, trend analysis, and process improvements. Compose technical correspondence and act for manager as needed.

Lead Tier 3 technical and integrations support, build and manage senior SME teams, own enterprise escalation management, improve SLAs and diagnostics, partner with Engineering and Product to resolve root causes and drive operational efficiencies.

Provide timely, accurate customer support across phone, in-person, and online channels. Research and resolve routine to complex inquiries, document interactions, educate customers on products/services, identify trends, assist with order/payment/eligibility/claims processes, perform QA testing as needed, and occasionally travel for events or client meetings.

Provide administrative support across multiple entities: manage vendors and purchases, maintain office presentation, plan events, use CRM and eFiling, manage DocuSign templates, update internal charts, assist sales/marketing and perform executive-assigned duties.

Provide Level 1 IT support: troubleshoot O365, AD, Windows, Azure, networking, VPN, and hardware issues; log and escalate tickets, maintain documentation, and deliver professional customer service.

Investigate health insurance claims to identify recoverable losses from third parties, document findings in systems, negotiate with members/adjusters/attorneys, review contracts, prepare expense spreadsheets, and process recovery payments.
