Manage end-to-end design and construction projects for short-term rentals, owning budgets, schedules, vendor coordination, client communication, permitting, site inspections, and ensuring properties meet brand standards prior to launch.

Lead and oversee mitigation projects from assessment through completion: scope losses, create estimates and job plans, direct technicians, manage documentation and KPIs, liaise with customers and insurers, ensure safety (IICRC/OSHA) and quality, and respond on-call for emergency losses.

Provide front-line administrative coordination for the Dual Generation Initiative: intake prospective families, verify eligibility, collect and maintain enrollment documentation, schedule appointments, support data management and reporting, coordinate with coaches and community partners, and assist with compliance and continuous improvement to ensure smooth participant experience.

Prospect and close new B2B customers via door-to-door canvassing within an assigned territory.
