The Director of Operations oversees daily business functions, department leaders, operational processes, KPIs, staffing, budgets, resources, and company-wide initiatives. This role improves efficiency, develops standard operating procedures, supports strategic planning, resolves operational challenges, strengthens cross-department communication, and provides performance updates to executive leadership. The position is full-time and in-office in Draper, Utah, with travel required as needed.
