The Senior Software Test Engineer develops and implements automated software testing solutions within an agile product delivery team. Responsibilities include advocating for product quality, applying testing strategies and technologies, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, coordinating with other technical teams, mentoring colleagues, and improving enterprise-wide QA practices. Owns configuration management across drone platforms, including hardware, software, firmware, BOMs, revisions, variants, and product baselines. Establishes CM processes aligned with AS9100 and ISO 9001, manages SAP and Arena PLM data, leads configuration audits, ensures traceability, tracks configuration metrics, and coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams. Supports regulatory and customer audits, new aircraft programs, risk mitigation, and configuration control for military and commercial UAS products.

Administer and govern PDM/PLM systems (Autodesk Vault, SolidWorks PDM, PTC Windchill). Ensure engineering data integrity, BOM and item/master alignment, troubleshoot multi-CAD issues, support upgrades, migrations, and governance activities, and collaborate with engineering, IT, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.

Serve as the primary client contact through phone, chat, email, and web meetings. Resolve inquiries, feedback, website changes, and product requests while setting expectations and following through. Coordinate with internal teams on complex requests, maintain a consistent client experience, use CRM and collaboration tools, and contribute client insights to process improvements. The role requires strong communication, organization, critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent remote work skills.

Provide customer service and administrative support for warehouse operations: process inbound/outbound activity, maintain inventory controls, assist training, support office systems, ensure safety/sanitation compliance, and help with reporting, accounts, and customer relationships.

Support global FP&A by leading forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis for operating expenses. Provide forward-looking insights, assess economic impacts and financial risks, coordinate global data analysis, and execute special finance projects while partnering with senior business and finance leaders.

Supports dealership sales and operations by greeting customers, assisting with vehicle presentations, pricing and financing basics, following up with leads, scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, supporting test drives, maintaining inventory presentation, and helping departments achieve dealership goals. The role includes cross-training, customer communication, showroom organization, and progression through sales and operations certification levels.

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions and dashboards using Domo and related platforms. Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensure data quality and governance, build semantic models for AI readiness, automate reporting, collaborate with stakeholders, and document technical designs and processes while supporting existing BI applications.
