Define and drive the roadmap and requirements for PDQ Connect core features. Conduct customer and market research, write PRDs and user stories, collaborate with design and engineering, manage stakeholders, track product metrics, and improve product processes to deliver customer-facing features.

Design and detail mechanical products in SolidWorks, including sheet metal parts and assemblies. Apply design-for-manufacturability principles, create engineering documentation, and support R&D across product lines. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and sales teams while managing assigned deliverables. Follow designs through fabrication, production, installation, and field support, resolving issues and contributing creative solutions.

Provides reception and administrative support in a district attorney’s office, including case processing, filing, data entry, call handling, visitor assistance, and coordination with victims, witnesses, law enforcement, courts, and other agencies.
