Support and optimize SAP S/4 Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes, including OpenText VIM/OCR. Provide lifecycle implementation and production support, troubleshoot integrations and authorization issues, develop/tests changes, assist month-end accruals and audits, and drive process improvements and documentation. Act as liaison between business and technical teams and provide on-call/after-hours support as needed.

Provide remote technical support for the Paytronix platform: diagnose and resolve customer issues, manage support cases, configure solutions, create documentation, give product guidance, collect feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer outcomes.

Provide administrative, clerical, and document-control support for regulatory and quality functions: prepare polished documents and presentations, manage records and supplies, coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, and purchase requisitions, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with security and background-check requirements.

Lead and improve core sales processes and forecasting; run sales operating cadence (forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs); support territory, quota, and capacity planning; analyze pipeline health and rep productivity using Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools; drive cross-functional GTM initiatives and ad hoc analyses to optimize sales effectiveness and revenue predictability.

Manage user access and identity across internal systems (Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Atlassian); provision and deprovision users; configure SaaS platforms and workflows; troubleshoot access and configuration issues; maintain documentation and run access reviews; support cross-functional teams and vendor escalations while applying least-privilege and basic HIPAA safeguards.
