Lead strategy and operations for Airbnb's ticketing business, owning supply activation, tickets sold, GBV, and guest experience. Drive cross-functional priorities with product, marketing, supply, finance, and partnerships using market intelligence, financial modeling, and growth levers to scale the business.

Provide high-volume customer service to ensure customers' resale certificates comply with state requirements. Process renewals, update customer records, route incoming communications, meet monthly renewal deadlines, and collaborate with sales and credit teams. Maintain accurate customer systems and assist with resale forms and audits.
