Process reinstatement transactions and agent bonuses using multiple systems, track and follow up on transactions, prepare weekly status reports, perform Premium Adjustment Waiver and WOP Reversal processing, notate and process assigned policies, and support Customer Retention with clerical and ad hoc tasks while adhering to departmental policies.

Lead and manage the Dispute Defense team to minimize chargeback risk and fraud, oversee dispute responses and collections, ensure timely submissions, monitor chargeback ratios, report win rates, collaborate with processing partners, and drive process improvements and AI-driven automation to reduce manual workflows.
