Lead the support team, resolve tier 1–2 tickets, manage engineers for tier 3, maintain knowledge bases and SOPs, and build AI automations to auto-resolve tickets and summarize customer feedback.

Partner with District Managers to improve enrollment, retention, and operational performance through coaching, data analysis, action plans, and field engagement. Deliver live simulated scenarios using digital avatars to help learners practice interpersonal skills. Portray varied personalities, facilitate debriefs, score performance, complete operational tasks, and provide excellent customer-service hosting. Must adapt to proprietary technology, follow policies, and meet scheduling, training, and connectivity requirements for overnight shifts.

Lead global renewal strategy and operations to maximize retention. Design cross-functional processes, AI-driven analytics, early-warning indicators, and annual planning. Align Sales, Finance, Field Engineering, and Marketing, advise senior leadership, and manage a team to scale renewal lifecycle improvements.
