The Manager of Customer Marketing will drive adoption, retention, and expansion for K-12 customers, designing programs, executing campaigns, and aligning with cross-functional teams.

Manage the customer experience for K-12 accounts using the Instructure Learning Platform. Retain and grow accounts, act as liaison between customers and Instructure, align platform use to customer goals, drive CSAT and NRR targets, collaborate with Sales and Renewals, and resolve issues through a solutions-oriented approach.

Lead and grow onX's Access & Stewardship program by setting strategy, overseeing grants and partnerships, directing government affairs, measuring impact, and aligning cross-functional teams. Translate policy and stewardship priorities into executable plans, manage budgets and the Adventure Forever Grant Program, represent the program externally, and coach a small team while producing executive-ready reporting and recommendations.

Lead implementation, commissioning and sustainment of instrumentation, controls and electrical programs. Investigate failures, implement mitigations, run defect-elimination and calibration programs, support projects, coordinate contractors, and prepare scopes and cost estimates to improve reliability and efficiency.

Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (primarily Meta) to drive performance and ROI. Develop full-funnel strategies, allocate budgets, analyze KPIs, collaborate with creative and analytics teams, and provide actionable recommendations to scale results.

Serve as a C-suite operational leader partnering with the CEO to execute strategy, oversee programs (community, outdoor, customer care), drive membership growth, improve operational effectiveness, lead and develop multi-functional teams, manage planning and budgets, build community partnerships, and champion DEIA and continuous improvement to advance organizational mission and impact.

Provide customer service and administrative support for warehouse operations: process inbound/outbound activity, maintain inventory controls, assist training, support office systems, ensure safety/sanitation compliance, and help with reporting, accounts, and customer relationships.

Design and produce still and motion multimedia for print, digital, photography, and video. Support marketing campaigns end-to-end, shoot and manage photography, edit video/audio, maintain brand libraries, and ensure brand and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
