- Process finance and lease deals accurately & fairly through financial sources to secure approval
- Process federal and state and dealer paperwork related to vehicles transaction
- Must understand and comply with federal and state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle & finance department
- Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and lease prior to sending to accounting
- Checks paperwork for correct title and lien information and taxes before forwarding to accounting
- Ensures full coverage insurance is on all vehicles sold prior to customers leaving the dealership
- Works with sales manager to secure a reasonable profit from each sale
- Coordinates finance forecasting with sales department
- Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees
- Takes all credit applications
- Provide leadership and training where necessary
- Must acquire and maintain current state insurance licenses
- Bachelor''s Degree or 5 years equivalent experience
- Previous Auto Industry Experience is Required
- Ability to analyze and write reports and journals
- Follow procedures/regulations
- Must have a clean background and driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
