Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges using provided scripts and call structures. Meet efficiency and adherence metrics, maintain a quiet home workspace with required equipment, accept coaching, pass background check, and comply with identity/voice/appearance integrity policies. Calls are monitored and recorded; perform related data entry and other duties as assigned.

Lead strategic consulting and advisory services for large healthcare enterprise accounts. Own client relationships, project delivery, sales strategy, budgets, and team development while driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and cross-divisional collaboration.

Manage and grow a territory of water treatment accounts by retaining customers, developing sales strategies, engaging technical staff, prospecting new business, presenting proposals, troubleshooting site issues, and meeting revenue and margin targets.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent and succession planning, and an improved employee experience. Lead and evolve Learning & Development strategy with experiential initiatives, coach leaders through complex people challenges, anticipate people risks, and partner cross-functionally to design scalable development programs aligned to business goals.
