Design and produce still and motion multimedia for print, digital, photography, and video. Support marketing campaigns end-to-end, shoot and manage photography, edit video/audio, maintain brand libraries, and ensure brand and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support fast-paced, safety-focused warehouse environment with flexible shift coverage.

Lead and scale Redo's IT org owning strategy, budget, identity (Okta), fleet management, wired/wireless networks, site rollouts, vendor contracts, SOC 2 compliance, incident response, and automation with AI while hiring and developing the team.

Lead Sales Operations and Inside Sales to build commercial systems, governance, and repeatable processes. Own Salesforce administration, territory and quota design, forecasting, reporting, compensation administration, KPI governance, and inside-sales standard work to convert commercial strategy into predictable execution and measurable revenue outcomes.
