As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales activities like price tracking, aid the Key Account Manager, and assist in negotiations and operational responsibilities while managing customer relationships.

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assessing needs, assisting with vehicle selection, conducting test drives, negotiating prices and financing, completing sales paperwork, and following up post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

Engage customers on the showroom floor, present product features, lead test drives, negotiate and close vehicle sales, use digital sales tools/CRM, and collaborate with team to meet performance targets.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles and related products to meet unit volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets. Prospect, demonstrate vehicles, overcome objections, close sales, compute transaction finances, and follow up for referrals. Comply with company, DMV, state, and federal requirements and report to the Sales Manager.

Represent the dealership to customers, build relationships, demonstrate new/used vehicles, explain product features and options, follow up for referrals, meet sales objectives, and report to the Sales Manager. Maintain professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Greet and assist customers, identify needs, recommend Nissan vehicles, conduct test drives, explain features, build relationships, follow up, stay current on product/promotions, work with finance and managers, and meet sales targets.

Respond to internet and phone leads, qualify prospects, generate appointments and quotes through outbound prospecting, assist customers with vehicle selection, manage email communication, and coordinate messages with sales staff and departments.

Serve as brand ambassador in the showroom: greet customers, educate on vehicles and features, manage CRM contacts and follow-ups, support test drives and deliveries, attend training, meet sales and KPI targets, troubleshoot vehicle tech, work evenings/weekends, and maintain professional presentation.

The EV Specialist will demonstrate and educate customers about Ford's Electric Vehicles, manage service operations, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
