The remote role requires extensive territory travel, frequent customer meetings, prospecting, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Lead stewardship and solicitation of a leadership-level annual donor portfolio (~300+), expand donor pipeline, partner on communications and campaign strategy, plan donor events, maintain Salesforce/CRM records and reporting, and support signature fundraising events and Board engagement.

Lead and execute partnerships and fundraising strategy, cultivate major donors and partners, prepare grants and impact reports, manage fundraising budget, mentor a small partnerships team, represent the organization at events, and ensure governance and compliance of fundraising activities.

Lead North American wholesale sales for Black Crows: set commercial strategy, manage field sales and agency networks, own key account relationships and sell-in negotiations, drive sell-through via analytics and marketing at account level, oversee forecasts/P&L and commissions, act as brand ambassador, and collaborate with HQ on product, marketing, operations and legal. Role requires extensive travel and hands-on field presence.

Lead membership sales and member experience at a health club: meet sales targets, onboard and retain members, coach and schedule staff, oversee operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, support marketing and events, and cover front-line shifts as needed.

Drive revenue growth by building and managing partnerships with schools and community organizations, managing a sales pipeline, supporting enrollment and retention initiatives, analyzing pricing and marketing performance, improving CRM and commercial processes, and working on strategic projects with the CEO.

Build and run a regional VIP book across the Southwest (priority CA & TX): recruit high-value players, manage end-to-end relationships, optimize bonusing and LTV, advise product and retention teams, analyze player data, and hit regional revenue KPIs while ensuring compliance and responsible gaming.

Lead a gym sales team by selling memberships, coaching and developing Fitness Consultants, recruiting talent, running events and outreach, managing the full sales cycle, tracking performance with data and reporting tools, and partnering with club leadership to meet club revenue and operational goals.
