The HR Business Partner provides strategic HR guidance to leaders, supports employee relations, drives HR initiatives, and collaborates on talent management strategies.

Manage national sales quota for HOFFMAN products with key OEM accounts. Cultivate and negotiate with end customers, develop global account relationships and customized solutions, collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, product, marketing, global sales), provide forecasts, identify new business and product opportunities, and support account growth while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.

Develop and lead user-facing web applications using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript frameworks in an Agile environment with a focus on TDD and automated testing.

Lead electrical design for low-to-moderate complexity building projects, produce plans/specifications, perform calculations, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, support project planning/budgeting, conduct design reviews and quality control, mentor junior staff, and oversee bidding and construction administration.

Drive territory revenue by converting inbound leads, generating pipeline via cold outreach, supporting quotes/RFPs, managing CRM data, resolving customer issues, and improving forecasting, account planning, and cross-sell/up-sell to grow long-term customer value.

Prepare, submit, and coordinate insurance regulatory filings (forms, rules, loss costs) across multiple jurisdictions using SERFF/FilingRamp. Monitor objections and regulatory correspondence, communicate with internal stakeholders and insurance department contacts, ensure required checklists and certifications are included, and manage timely approvals and implementation.

Support and optimize SAP BPC planning and management reporting processes, ensure actuals reconcile to reported results, provide ad-hoc reporting and user support, automate processes, maintain BPC environments, develop load rules/business rules/calculation scripts, manage data/hierarchies/security, and support patches, upgrades and migrations while documenting processes and training users.

Support Global Operations by identifying and assessing operational, regulatory, financial, and technology risks; design and test preventive/detective controls; develop and execute risk-based audit programs; partner with business leaders to embed risk management; track remediation and report findings to strengthen the control environment.

Represent Meta products in a retail environment by engaging customers, demonstrating AR/VR devices, driving sales, maintaining displays, training store staff on AI apps, tracking interactions electronically, and meeting monthly sales targets during scheduled weekend shifts.

Provide financial analysis and guidance, develop and maintain forecasting and financial models, analyze statements and KPIs, support decision-making and special projects, create reporting tools, ensure financial data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and cost savings.
