Provide administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors and clients, respond to routine client inquiries, supply account information (balances, quotes), and assist with mailing and filing projects. Part-time, 15 hours/week in wealth management.

Design and lead enterprise application delivery and DevOps architecture. Develop CI/CD, cloud/PaaS, containerization, resiliency, monitoring, and integration solutions. Provide technical support for federal and state R&D tax credit studies and accounting method analyses. Gather and analyze client financial and operational data, document calculations and workpapers, perform tax research, assist with Form 3115 and cost segregation, support IRS examinations, and communicate with clients while collaborating with Managers and Partners on consulting engagements.

Coordinate and support enterprise projects across the full lifecycle: gather requirements, maintain documentation, track timelines/milestones, manage communications and meetings, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, support UAT and post-launch activities, and ensure adherence to project templates, tools, and quality standards.

Install, configure, program, test, commission, and support access control and video management systems.
