Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional office environment while providing direct administrative support to the CEO. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, payroll, commissions, deposits, tax filings, warranty receivables, financial reports, and month-end and year-end closing. The role also supports compliance, GM financial statement submissions, financial analysis, and special projects under the Controller and dealership ownership.

Analyzes Oracle SCM and ERP business requirements, evaluates processes and system changes, facilitates cross-functional solution development, and conducts impact analysis.
