Build and own core agent runtime and developer/product surfaces: orchestration loops, context and memory management, tool integrations, secure sandboxed execution, data syncing, evals, and AI-native UX. Lead design of experiments and statistical analysis to develop, optimize, and standardize polishing processes for optical manufacturing. Translate customer requirements into scalable process solutions, troubleshoot production issues, maintain experimental databases, and collaborate with technicians and cross-functional teams to improve yield and repeatability.

Drive strategy and lifecycle for engineered water/infrastructure products: gather VOC, define requirements, lead NPI with R&D, manage launches, pricing, commercialization, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales.
