Lead and execute M&A and strategic investment activities across EMEA and Americas: source opportunities, perform financial modelling and due diligence, structure deals, negotiate terms, develop JVs/partnerships, manage integration planning and value capture, prepare materials for senior leadership and Board, and drive post-investment optimization.

Own supplier selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, inventory and open-to-buy management, vendor performance/QBRs, and global logistics/compliance to ensure supply resilience, cost optimization, and timely delivery.

Support full-cycle SaaS implementations by configuring the platform, preparing and validating data, building tracking tools, joining customer calls, assisting training, documenting workflows, and improving processes across multiple projects.
