Lead strategic development of RFP responses and pitches for major accounts, present creator strategies in-person and virtually, own select strategic accounts, collaborate cross-functionally, build scalable proposal materials and playbooks, and provide informal peer feedback to improve team craft.

Provide budget and financial transaction support (Workday/COUPA), process payments, assist with fiscal year-end tasks, coordinate hourly student hiring, and manage office operations including facilities, mail, supplies, and event logistics while serving as a resource to faculty, staff, and students.
