Lead backend-focused engineering to design and ship member- and care team-facing experiences. Own architecture end-to-end, set technical direction and quality standards, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, secure APIs with CI/CD, cloud deployments, and GenAI/LLM-informed workflows.

Provide 2nd/3rd-level support and implementation of Cisco Unified Communications systems. Design and automate internal IT systems: own Okta identity infrastructure, manage macOS fleet via MDM, build Terraform infrastructure-as-code for identity and SaaS, automate onboarding/offboarding and license governance, escalate complex tier 2/3 issues with MSP partner, pilot new SaaS/AI tooling, and produce runbooks to reduce operational toil.

Manage and administer the LMS (LifeLearn), maintain training records and compliance, schedule and coordinate instructor-led and e-learning courses, support onboarding and tuition programs, act as L&D frontline contact, provide LMS and administrative support, and collaborate with QA/Regulatory for audit readiness.

Manage projects after contract signing as primary customer contact: coordinate stakeholders and engineering disciplines, ensure technical/quality standards, control budgets and schedules, generate IMS for visibility, run customer status meetings, and own project profitability.

Support month-end close by preparing and posting standard and adjusting journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, researching and correcting discrepancies, performing contract review and complex analyses, coordinating with internal departments and external parties, assisting with audits, and delivering ad-hoc reports and special projects.

Lead institutional email strategy, manage the email platform and centralized calendar, build and deploy campaigns, oversee audience segmentation and list health, create and maintain templates, coordinate cross-departmental workflows, and optimize performance to drive engagement, attendance, membership, and revenue.
