Coordinate caregiver schedules and client services for assigned caseloads, ensuring coverage, matching, and timely responses to call-offs and urgent requests. Serve as primary contact for caregivers, clients, and families via high-volume phone and written communication; maintain scheduling records, collaborate with recruiting and operations, monitor utilization, and support onboarding and service continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Act as an outsourced CFO for a portfolio of 5-8 schools: build budgets and multi-year forecasts, advise school leaders and boards on strategic financial decisions, analyze and model financial issues, provide client-facing guidance, mentor finance specialists/analysts, lead audits, and contribute to internal finance product development and best practices.

Manage small-scale architectural glass projects and orders: interpret purchase orders, enter and verify orders in Viracon's Viper system, ensure order accuracy, communicate with customers and internal teams, delegate to order entry, maintain project files, follow documented business processes, and support the sales team.
