We have offices throughout the seven-county metro area and offer hybrid work arrangements after completing new-hire orientation and onboarding. 

FLSA Status: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
FTE: 1.0 (40 hours per week) 
Hiring Range: $17.50- $18.75 USD Hourly DOE

Position Overview: 

The Case Aide performs administrative tasks and does not have direct client contact. Some of these tasks could include, auditing client files, data entry, electronically filing, mailing, and managing the office supply order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete administrative duties such as filing, faxing, paperwork, and file preparation, mail-outs, etc.
  • Maintain and distribute client and client coverage lists for the division
  • Help case managers obtain necessary forms and information from providers
  • Work with case managers 
  • Perform data entry
  • Complete other duties as assigned

 Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of post-secondary education OR administrative assistant, office/clerical work experience, case aide or closely related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Experience in the Human Services field preferred
  • Experience with billing or time reporting
  • Preference given to associate's degree applicants

Additional Requirements

  • High School diploma required 
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle for work purposes, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Must be able to carry/lift 30 pounds
  • Proficient computer skills, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and excellent attention to detail
  • Background clearance
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
