Administer and maintain the Encompass mortgage loan-origination platform, including access controls, workflows, business rules, security profiles, configurations, custom forms, reports, integrations, data integrity, and system upgrades. Troubleshoot issues, test enhancements, support regulatory compliance, train users, manage support inquiries, and create documentation. Collaborate with IT, vendors, compliance, legal, and internal stakeholders to improve business processes and system functionality.

Coordinates commercial HVAC, controls, and electrical projects from setup through closeout. Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, permitting, inspections, material tracking, service and preventive maintenance coordination, warranty registration, timesheet validation, payroll support, AIA progress billing, cost tracking, invoicing, and closeout documentation.
